Hey y’all, sorry for the slight radio silence, was March hectic or what?
I’m still knitting, still crocheting, still desperately struggling to make it out of a craft store without more yarn (today I was at JoAnn, and walked out with some nice green yarn for a pair of Jack of the Green socks, plus a pattern and fabric for two pairs of leggings).
Just now I’m also ~employed~ and adjusting to my new job and the new schedule that goes with it cut into my crafting time and especially my writing about it time.
We’re also about 5 minutes from a shopping center with both a Michaels and a Hobby Lobby…which I drive past every single day on my way home (and on my way to work but it’s a lot less tempting at 7:45am when everything is closed). So far, I’ve only checked out the Michaels once. I technically broke my yarn diet and got two half-price Caron Cakes and two skeins of woolike, but I feel like that was a great amount of self-control, for discovering a whole new Michaels.
There’s going to be a sock update soon!
